Question NZXT RGB fans have stopped working ?

Hi, I recently installed 2 x NZXT AER RGB 2 fans, and everything worked, then all of a sudden they turned white and the CAM software stopped recognizing them. Today, they even stopped shining white. Any ideas why that is happening? Thank you for any answers.

Have you tried uninstalling, completely, the Cam software and reinstall it? Is your Windows up to date and more specifically your Net Framework?

Yes, I tried unistalling and reinstalling 3 times, and it still wont work.
My windows is up to date, but after doing a little bit of research, i found out that i dont have .NET framework installed, so i installed it, restarted my pc, reinstalled CAM, but the fans still dont show up in the CAM software...
