Hello,

For anyone that is interested in the NZXT S340 I just completed my build and wanted to share the photos of the H100i fitting in.

System Specs:

NZXT S340
Asus P8Z77-V Pro
Core i7 2600k @ 4.5ghz
Samsung 840 EVO 250 Gb
Mushkin Callisto Deluxe 60gb (Cache Drive)
2 tb Seagate Barracuda
Sapphire HD 7970ghz Edition
Corsair TX 750 Watt
16gb Corsair Vengeance Ram
Corsair H100i

Looks great! Can't wait to install it in mine. I have the exact same case http://imgur.com/a/izDEH and my Corsair H100i will be here friday. Can't tell from the picture but would you be able to add more fans on the other side of the radiator or is there not enough space with the metal NZXT grommet?

Thanks. Yours looks good as well. Unfortunately no, The metal NZXT bar is to wide to do a complete push pull. The cooling of the H100i in this case works really good, I went from the Corsair 600t to this and the temps stayed the same. It's a well thought out case, I still can't believe it is so inexpensive.

Thank you! It'll look a lot better once I get that H100i in there 😀 I appreciate the reply, good to know. I still can't believe it's so cheap either. Fantastic looking case.

Hi will, stunning build.

Sorry for hijacking your thread as i'm new to the DIY scene.

I'm about to purchase the NZXT S340 and the corsair H100i as well.

From what I know, the S340 comes with 2 stock fans, will the H100i replace these? Or are the H100i fans hidden elsewhere (front perhaps?).

Cheers!

Hello,

The case comes with two fans one a the top and one at the rear. They are both 120mm fans. I replaced the one on top with a 140mm NZXT Fan. There are no other fans that come with the case. You can only mount the h100i on the front of the case so it doesn't replace the fans that come with the case, but the h100i does come with two 120mm fans. I replaced the two fans that come with the 100i with Corsair SP120 mm Quiet edition fans. If you look closely at the picture the fans are mounted in front of the radiator they have a white ring on them... You will enjoy the case I think.

Hello will31! I'm about to build the same configuration and I was wondering if the hot air that's being pushed in from the radiator affects the GPU temps? This worries me especially when the CPU will be near full load.
Thanks for your time, cheers!

I haven't noticed any increase in GPU temps, I've upgraded the top and rear fan of the case, from the stock 120mm. I put a 140mm fan in the top and the Corsair AF120 Performance Edition fan in the rear. Since the video card I have dumps the heat into the case, the rear and top fan are setup in exhaust so they suck out all the hot air. When I game i put all fans on full speed using the FanExpert2 Software that I have on the motherboard, then when I'm done gaming I put the fan back to silent and the temps stay really cool. There is absolutely no difference in cooling from the Corsair 600t that I moved from to this case. It's really good with the airflow even though the case may not look like it... The stock fans are okay but since the top is setup to accommodate a 140mm it looked weird to me having the small 120mm in the top.

Is there room on the bottom half of the h100i to mount another fan? Push/pull config. I realize there is definitely no room on the top half. Its hard to tell if the cable management bar sticks out past the radiator.

Yes you can. Just did that to mine today! :)

Hey, I was wondering about your power connectors. How did you get the white braided cables. If you know please send me a link and are there any red cables? I have the red s340 and the Corsair SP120 fans with Red rings. My setup is full red, led's etc, and my cables are rubber and black so i was just wondering if you could give me the link to the braided ones

Bro can you please tell me how you configured the fans? For example is the water cooler radiator pulling air inside the case and the top and back fan exhausting the air? Im planning on getting a similar build but this is what is keeping me from doing it. I dont know how the airflow will be affected when there is a water cooler radiator covering the two fans infront.
