Question Nzxt S340 Elite Psu Shroud Removing

Hello,
I have a Nzxt S340 Elite pc case and i want remove the psu shroud to paint it. So my question is, is there a way to remove it without a drill and if there is not would it be safe to painting the shroud without removing it?
