I bought this case and I've just realised the case does not have a optical drive, how Am I supposed to install my drivers for my Motherboard etc ...

Solution
Assuming you are running Windows, hardware changes like that should be accompanied by a clean OS reinstall. Without that you will usually have issues and not get the full performance of the system. Windows was not designed to be changed between hardware like that, the newer version handle it a bit better(olders ones wouldn't have even booted), but to get the full performance from the the system an OS reinstall is the best option.
The drivers disc that comes with hardware is usually filled with out of date drivers, It's usually best to download the drivers from the manufacture put them on a usb flash drive and use that to move the driver install files to the new system for installation.

How where you planning on installing the OS? Without an optical drive you'll need to create a bootable usb drive that contains the OS.

I've bought a new

CPU
MOTHERBOARD
PSU
ETC

The last time I got a new motherboard and cpu all I had to do was plug the new parts in and turn my computer on and it was working fine?.

I understand this,I had my old parts in (my CPU , Motherboard , CPU Cooler) and then I put in my new parts (My New CPU, Motherboard, CPU Cooler) and reset my computer, it asked for my Windows Activation key and I entered that and it started Installing Windows?
