Nzxt S340 Rear and top fan

i have a msi z97 krait edition motherboard but i have no idea where to put those fan headers in. its the black and red wire going through the top of the case. i connected all of them and the end of the wire is this. http://imgur.com/RLv7E3h

this is a molex one and it goes on a psu connector that is a case fan .
