Nzxt smart device and CM AIO

Hi!
I have a question about the smart device. I ordered a H500i and a Nepton 240M FROM cooler master.

I am wondering how to do the wiring? Should I plug the fans of the aio in the smart device? And should I plug the pump 4 pin into the MB cpu header or the smart device? Because if I plug the pump in the Motherboard directly, it is not going to be controlled by the CAM software and therefore decoupled from the fans in the case, is not that à problem? Thanks!

Fans seem fine,but on the device is a sticker which mentiones not to attach a pwm (4pin) pump to it so connect that one to the cpu header.

There is such a sticker? Because I've read that you should plug your kraken aio to the smart device
