Question NZXT X63 Pump Fans Not Running

I was doing some cleaning on my PC today and when I took off the back panel before I turned off my PC (usually it is off before I do this type of thing), and I noticed that the fans weren't running for my pump. I haven't had any heating issues with my CPU, so I never thought this was an issue. I looked up the manual for the Kraken X63 and compared it to my motherboard (ASRock b550 PG Velocita) and the 4 pin is connected to the CPU_FAN2/WP_3A connector on my Motherboard.
I am not sure what the issue could be here; should I even worry? Sitting idle in a 22 C room the liquid temp is 29 C and CPU is ranging between 44 C - 52 C

Most likely this is down to your fan profile which is likely setup for an air cooler. Put your CPU under a heavy load, any free stress test ought to do, and see if they turn on. If they do then no problem. if not go and tweak your fan profile I don't know how to do that specifically on an ASRock but every board has a way to do it.
