O-rings for Mechanical Keyboard

Been wanting to buy some o-rings for my keyboard because I keep bottoming out.
I looked up at WASD keyboards and found that there's two kinds of travel reduction, 0.2mm and 0.4mm. I'm using a Ducky 9087 Shine 2 with Cherry MX Red. Does anyone know which should I get?

why dont you ask the folks at wasd? since they sell mx reds they can tell you which ones workthe best. pretty helpful folks there.
