We have an employee trying to use a Panini check scanner provided by Wells Fargo. The computer was recently reimaged. When she tries to run this check scanner, which she is supposed to run through IE after she's logged into Wells Fargo, the page doesn't load. An comes up stating "Object doesn't support this property or method."
This employee has worked with Wells Fargo and all Wells Fargo could tell her is the Active X Control is not loading. Looking at IE, it looks like the Panini plugin is not loading, which is named VXIConfigStat Control.
The employee has Administrator Access on her Windows 7 computer.
■We have tried running IE 8 as an administrator.
■I tried enabling everything ActiveX related.
■The Browser is running in Comparability Mode.
■Enabled Protected Mode is unchecked.
■*.wellsfargo.com is in trusted sites.
■I've tried clearing Cookies and Temporary Internet Files.
■Obvious things like rebooting.
No luck. Any suggestions?
