I'll give an example.
If you use windows, you know the thin blue line that appears under a program that you have open in the taskbar. The problem is, this line is also visible at the top of my display.
This also happens with my voice chat program that has an overlay that lights up when I talk. The very bottom of it is also visible on the very top of my screen (i'd say 1-2 pixels tall, it's not like a ton but it's there).
It's getting annoying, is this normal (and if so how do I turn it off)?
