So i was looking to purchase i game on steam i have 20 dollars and i decided on either morrowind or oblivion. But i cant choose between them, i have heard of issues of morrowind running on windows 10 so that is a big factor in this decision.

What specs do you have?
I loved oblivion, personally my favourite Elder Scrolls game and in my top 5 of all time. 😛
The story is rich, mechanics are polished, soundtrack is gorgeous and well worth it.
Facial animations look quite dated for 2017 though...
However I bought it for 360 about 8-9 years ago for $20, so take that into account.
If you have a half decent PC save for Elder Scrolls Online, used to be a messy, buggy heap of crap, but I gave it another go a few weeks ago and i've been hooked since.

I vote for Morrowind. Played it for years, literally. There a group of folks who did up the whole province, it was about a 1/3 done when I built a new system and didn't transfer over my Morrowind info. I certainly prefer Morrowind's skills and attribute system to Skyrim. Over time I found ways to have fun doing different things in the game.
Truth be told, I wish they would redo the game of Daggerfall. That had an even better attribute system, but it was buggy.
