Obnoxious fan noise - please help

OK experts, here we go. I am getting a very loud noise coming from a fan. I am suspecting it's the CPU fan, but I cant be 100% sure. I have included this video of my fans running so you can hear the noise and maybe help me troubleshoot the problem. Please watch this quick video so you can hear and see it.

It's not a fan noise like it's running to loud. All my temperature's appear to be good at idle and under stress. It almost sounds like the blades are rubbing something. But it is constant, and has been for a long time now.

I'm ready to start replacing fans, but reluctant to replace the CPU fan because of the cost. It's a Coolermaster V6 GT. If it is indeed the issue I will.

Resolution - 1920 x 1080

Motherboard - ASUS Rampage III Extreme

Stick your face in there and figure out which fan it is. Not that hard.

Tried that As I said I think it's the CPU fan. If there is someone who has experience with anything like this, please let me know your thoughts. Thanks again.
