Question OBS 100% Video Encode

Hi!
When I start streaming or recording, my GPU's Encoder goes up to 100%.
It was only at 20-30% yesterday and I don't know what's causing this.

GPU: GTX 1660 Ti

OBS Ver.: OBS Studio 31.0.0

PSU is this: be quiet! System Power 9 CM 700W (between 2-3 years old)
