Simple and to the point, for some reason, the loading screens lag on my stream for some strange reason? I want to make this clear, I do NOT have this issue with any other game I play on my PS3. My OBS remains at 0 dropped frames and a solid 30 frames per second, not dropping one single time during the events that it's happening. Every other game works fine, but for some weird ass reason, the game on stream via Twitch will lag out once it goes into a loading screen like dying, loading another area, or even loading a cutscene. Here's an example of what I mean:

Skip to 1:47:00 and you'll see what I'm talking about. The gameplay on stream is perfectly fine, no troubles when I have control of Sora, but when it wants to load something, it just lags out, video and audio included. I've taken a look at my log reports and it CONSTANTLY tells me that I have a hook conflict problem (don't know what could possibly be conflicting considering I don't have any backround applications running when I'm streaming) and how my scene sources are slow (even though I have ALL of my devices set as global sources). Here's a log report of my last stream I did today.

I would also like to know why my webcam and microphone desync over time? It constantly tells me my webcam and/or microphone audio timestamps are behind...but they're perfectly fine at the beginning of the stream? They always desync when I am streaming for a very long time.

I have come to tomshardware because I have given up on the OBS forums. The help ove there is completely unreliable. I have started 3 different threads over the course of a month and not one single response was given to me. Don't even get me started on the livechat that they have...Please help me guys.

Solution
I only use linux not windows so i dont know all the goofy stuff windows will do. That said:

the message about hooks means some other program like fraps (or anything else really) is using d3d9.dll. I believe the OBS preview mode will also have this message. consider disable preview.

BTW the 'livechat' is the offical IRC channel where you can directly contact and talk to the developers. This is the standard way of communicating with developers (outside of email) for many years. Just be paitent and form questions in a comprehensible manner.
