OBS Lagging problem

Hello, i was trying to record my euro truck simulator 2 multiplayer gameplay and while i was recording i saw like 2-4 fps drop and i was happy, after i finished i stopped recording and saw the gameplay on the video was lagging ( like 10-15 fps. Anyone knows why?
