OBS massive lag ingame/stream

Hi, when I stream using OBS I get massive fps drops ingame or on stream. For some reason when i put my fps_max 0 (which gives me 200+ fps ingame) stream is having 2 fps, while everything is normal for me. When i place fps_max 60, i get choppy framerate/lag whilst stream is going ideal. Need help.
P.S game is CSGO and when i was using SHADOWPLAY streaming, i had 0 problems.

CPU: Intel i3-4170 3.7ghz
GPU: Gtx 650 ti 2gb oc
MB: z97-p
RAM: 8gb 1600mhz kingston black

shadowplay utilises hardware on the GPU to do the bulk of the streaming work, and not much CPU, OBS may not use this.

Obs uses your cpu which is to weak for stream. Shadowplay uses the gpu and has little performance impact but does output lower quality footage.

Dude my CPU i using barely 70% when streaming. I even have lowered the scaled quality for the stream. shadowplay streamed full quality 1080p for me. how come it can have worse quality than obs. What I'm looking for here is a fix to this.

that 70% is the average over a small period of time, perhaps 1s, this however could be masking massive swings up to 100%. The Fact of the matter is OBS uses your CPU, shadowplay doesn't, and you only have an i3.

Then how do i switch obs to use gpu or is there any other streaming program i can use on which i can setup twitch alerts and so on.
