OBS Recording CSGO with a pentium

I want to start recording videos and making content but OBS keeps freezing when I record it. I put it as low as i could without making the picture look horrible but it still freezes every time. What can I do to make my Csgo videos look as clear as possible but with a constant fps rate

Here are my specs:
CPU:Intel Pentium G3258 overclocked to 4.2 ghz
MOBO:ASRock h97 Anniversary
GPU:Nvidia GTX 660 SC 2gb
RAM:Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB
PSU:Corsair 600B 600w 80+ bronze PSU
Cooler: Arctic Alpine 11 plus

OBS Settings:
FPS:30
x264 Preset: veryfast
CFR:No
Resolution: 1600x900
Encoding Profile: main
Bitrate: 5000
Buffer size: 0
