OBS Stream Quality low for my good settings on obs?

idk if this is in wrong category, but i cant find a streaming category.

Hey guys! im starting to stream a bit right? but i feel my quality is stupid bad, in comparison to someone like Summit1G. We have same obs settings, but my stream looks really bad
For an example, in the twitch clip i linked, u can barely see my crosshair, where as on summits stream. u can see it very "clearly"

BTW, I never drop frames on obs. as internet is 200/200 and my specs are:
i7-4790k oc to 4.5
EVGA 980ti oc +210 core. +300 memory
16gb ram

so i dont see my pc as the problem for the quality, but u guys tell me

You are not partnered with twitch thats way. After you've gathered enough followers and viewers you might be able to start a partnership with twitch, that means you can use higher bitrate than 3500 which is currently the cap for non partnered users. Also when partenered, twitch re-encodes your videos, that means viewers will be able to select video quality from the options so you can go easily stream at 1080p / 60fps with really good bitrate and viewers with slower internet can just drop down the resolution for themselves.
