OBS Studio upload speed is very slow

I'm trying to broadcast my gaming live via Facebook live using OBS Studio but the upload speed is really insufficient for it to work.
I've tried to test my internet using speedtest and I got 39.67 mbps for download and 20.47 mbps for upload speed which is more than enough the minimum internet speed requirements for OBS Studio. What should I do?
