OBS video look disgusting

Hello,

So I recorded me playing Over-watch with OBS and it ran at 30 fps but it didn't look good. I out it to 720p 30 fps but when I watch it it looks like 240p. I have an I5 4460 3.2ghz. Does anyone know a solution to this?

Increase the bit rate of your recordings.

Settings/output/recording/video bitrate

any bitrate of 35k+ should be okay for 720p, higher bit rate being better quality.

Hmm you must use a different version of OBS than me... Try looking under video.
