RAMMAP doesn't seem to work properly with Win 11, all the processes on the Processes tab show no usage

fairly sure it worked in win 10. Tried last 2 versions

Wonder who I report it to, Sysnative owned by Microsoft now. I would use Feedback hub but its categories are dumb. Only apps listed are on the shop... no. I guess I will register on the insiders forum. Maybe.,.. see if its fixed in next few months, not like I need to use it every day.

so apart from that, its windows 10... with a different version number.

I didn't look hard enough, there was an All other apps choice right at bottom of the list. So screenshot reported,

another user on 11 reports same behaviour in program so its not just me.

So this video helps explain why I haven't noticed a great deal of change, most of the changes are to things I don't use

also, how do you do an ultimate review of software that still in Beta and missing features you yourself say will make it different? seems premature to me.

I just keep looking for more changes, I know somethings changed if rammap doesn't work properly but all the videos are just about things I already know about, only thing I learned from a tips video was you can install ubuntu in a VM and its linked to Windows Terminal. Now I just have to learn linux... why did I do that?

think I am expecting too much

i thought the gap between versions was bigger
XP - 2001
Vista 2007
Win 7 - 2009
win 8 - 2012
win 8.1 - 2013
win 10 - 2015
win 11 - 2021 (maybe October since its Bills Bday month)

It seems they would probably like longer times between versions, 6 years until vista might have been close to what they want but it and 8 not being as appreciated as they had hoped. Or maybe 5 years as I suspect 11 was meant to be released last year. Vista may have needed 1 year more to get ready.

I had thought the time between versions was longer but we have 4 versions in 6 years between 7 and 10, and that matches the jump I made, I didn't look at 8 or 8.1, so maybe the amount of changes you can make in 3 OS is bigger than the incremental changes 10 to 11 are bringing
