Estimable
I feel a bit uncomfortable about 88*C 30 min load is not an full load test, you would know overnight.
If you can get one more fan to increase case airflow, I think it can stay. Those modules have coolers so it should not get any worse.

be quiet! Pure Power 11 CM, 80+ Gold, 600W, i don't think is much improvement mby, i will let this cpu stock? In battlefield5 i got 68 vram celsius and 55 cpu celsius. I can tell you stock i got max vram 60 celcius and cpu 40 celcius! i change now the voltage to +0000 and i got 70-73 celcius vram and 55 celcius cpu(3.8ghz).

1.3v on a 1600 is perfectly fine for everyday use. Any temperature under 85C is fine and will not cause any long term damage (Rated safe up to 95C by AMD) It is just personal preference. Don't worry about the 88C on prime95 as even in the most CPU intensive games you will not reach near that number. Prime is good for stability testing but you will have to play games to see if its fully stable.
