The case has intake bad (Phanteks P400), i use 3x be quiet 120mm, and on top 2x 140mm, and i got 1070ti msi gaming gets 75-77 celsius, and psu
be quiet! Pure Power 11 CM, 80+ Gold, 600W, i don't think is much improvement mby, i will let this cpu stock? In battlefield5 i got 68 vram celsius and 55 cpu celsius. I can tell you stock i got max vram 60 celcius and cpu 40 celcius! i change now the voltage to +0000 and i got 70-73 celcius vram and 55 celcius cpu(3.8ghz).

1.3v on a 1600 is perfectly fine for everyday use. Any temperature under 85C is fine and will not cause any long term damage (Rated safe up to 95C by AMD) It is just personal preference. Don't worry about the 88C on prime95 as even in the most CPU intensive games you will not reach near that number. Prime is good for stability testing but you will have to play games to see if its fully stable.

Thank you so much great now i know. have a beautiful day guys! i have it on 1.3v 3.9ghz and is stable on 88c vram is not going higher, like you said sir, in games will never hit this temperature, mby battlefield 5 :)
