hi all,
so i have quite a budget mobo, i have read on several forums that i can only overclock by base clock on my board, which is a bad idea.
its a ga-b75m-d3h
However, i have noticed in my bios, there is a clock ratio multiplier i can adjust on a k series intel.
i cannot see any voltage settings however.
does this mean, i can overclock a cpu within its base voltages?
currently i have an i3 3220. looking to upgrade to i5 2500k if i can squeeze more out of it, otherwise might consider i5 3570.
i took some pics of my bios settings, maybe someone can offer me some insight.
sorry if pics a blurry.

thanks for reading.

Solution
no overclocking possible with such mobo.all overclocking features including voltage tweaking are dissabled.! and yes increasing base clock is a bad idea. gaming wisely i5 3570 will be a worthy upgrade.
