Hello,
I'm new to this forum and already have a question.
before starting my problem here are my specs.:
MB: Abit BD7 II
CPU: Celeron 2.0 GHz
RAM: 512 Kigston CL2 ddr pc3200
GC:msi 9800 pro
psu: chieftec 360W

Since a while now my cpu is clocked @ 2.4 GHZ but I know this cpu must be able to do more
so my FSB is now on 120 * 20
but when I put it on 125 * 20 my pc boots goes until the logon screen in windows XP and then reboots.

Now my question to you guys is: What should I do to get this cheap celeron crap way beyond my limit of 2.4 GHz
cooling is no problem cpu cooling is thermalright 100% copper with 12 cm fan mounted on top.

Can somebody please help me with this issue?

The cpu cooler is an thermalright SLK 948u (copper)
And yes I've also tried to higher the vcore but the problem is that the ABIT mobo does this in percentage,
so I've highered it with 5%. but still the same problem, 10%(was in a pissed off mood :s) it wouldn't start anymore but when I lowered it again there were no problems :)

Heat is not the problem I have full load temp; 35°
idle: 28°
There must be another problem as I could read in forums that this cpu should be able to get 2.6GHz with stock cooler
But my question is: why can I perfectly run a stable sysytem @ 2.4 GHz but when I clock it @ 2.5GHz it boots until my logong screen from XP and then it automatically reboots?
