OC AMD Athlon II x4 631 and ram... first OC

This is my first OC... i'm familiar with most computer terms and able to build them. However, when it comes to overclocking I really have no clue. I'm wanting to overclock my AMD Athlon II x4 631 to run newer games smoother and hopefully no crashes (BF4 😀). I don't need any crazy OC... 3.6ghz instead of stock 2.6 would be enough...
Also, if i could overclock my ram with more confidence (currently running it at 1.6v and 1333 mhz- set timings to 8-8-8-20)

Specs:

CPU: Amd Athlon II x4 631

The UEFI bios is a nice touch i think. If you could tell me what exactly to put everything at, that would be extremely helpful!

The things the UEFI bios request:

APU/PCIE Frequency
CPU Frequency Multiplier (this has a format of x26 2600mhz, x27 2700mhz, etc)
CPU Voltage
CPU Frequency Multiplier (idk why i have this twice but i do so im writing it down XD)
CPU NIS/GFX Voltage

THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO RESPOND :)

Solution

Stress test- download prime95 (http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=205) and use the Torture Test
Voltage: Small increments up to 1.45
Temp: up to 70 deg Celsius under load, preferably much less.
your processor may have a locked multiplier (non-black edition) in which case follow the guide below

How to stress test and what about voltage?
And how hot is too hot?
