OC Beginner, how to OC Intel Pentium G3258? Help, Please!

Hi!
I have a Intel Pentium G3258 - 3,2ghz and i need help, i i try to OC him but i don't know if it works

I go to my BIOS is a Motherboard - Asus H81M-A
And i navigate to AI Tweaker and i set the Core Ratio do 42 (4.2Ghz)
And the core voltage to 1.200V
I start the CPU-Z

and sometimes appear 799 Mhz others 4199 mhz (look at screenshots)

So i need to know if i'm doing the OC good.

Your overclock is fine. When there is no processing for the CPU to do, it automatically slows its clock speed down to decrease power consumption.
