OC bios setting slow doing ssd?

I just OC'ed my i5 2500k using this guide:

I don't remember if it was this guide or another that mentioned sdd speed redcution, but one of the settings that I changed as drastically slowed down my ssd file writing and transferring. Does anyone know which one and if my system would still be stable with is corrected?
