At standard clock speed my Cel 2.4D/320 478 CPU runs at 46'C at full load (max temp in specs 72'C).

What would you think is the max safe OC speed with the standard intel heatsink/fan which seems to be able to handle a lot more heat.

OC would be with CPUCool or similar software adjusting the FSB only, not the vcore. The MB suports FSB up to 800 (current FSB is set now at standard 533, and ram fitted to MB is 3200DDR).

My 335 would do 3.5 GHz on stock voltage. Temps stayed in the low 50's with the stock cooler under full load.

The prescotts (celeronD) throttle at 75c. You can go as high as you like, your chip is safe.
You are killing your mobo very quickly, but WTF it is under warranty right.
