Question OC cpu on asrock 980DE3/U3S3

I have the title's MB and I've overclocked the CPU(amd FX 4300) to 4300MHz. I don't have any problems, and I tested the temps with asrock' s OC tuner program while I played Shadow of the tomb raider(and some other games), and CPU and MB temps where between 53-68 celsius. I read about vrm of this motherboard, which haven't any cooler, so I worry if this OC will damage the motherboard. The above temps seems to be fine, but I don't have any entry for vrm, so I don't know if is ok or not. What you think?

Temps should be kept below 64C , can throttle at 70C ans shut down.

Sorry, I tested it 2-3 days ago, so I didn't remember well. OC Tuner has only CPU and MB temps which are, for CPU is 42-50 in SOTTR and MB max is less than 50. These are from today test.
I will keep monitoring for some hours and with other games too
