OC E6320+DDR2-667 and 1:1 ratio

I'm building a new system with an E6320 (1.8GHz and 7x multiplier) and use Kingston Value RAM DDR2-667 CL5 Dual Channel on a Asus P5B. Stock fan.

I plan to OC it to achieve 1:1 ratio between the FSB and RAM (dual channel).
Can i set the bus speed to 333MHz to set the FSB at 1.3GHz, the CPU at 2.3GHz and keep the RAM working at "default" speed 667MHz?

Yes. If you set it 1:1, and than put your FSB to 333 MHz, your ram wil work at the standard speed.
