OC E8400 With Gigabyte GA-EP45 EXTREME

I want to buy Gigabyte GA-EP45 EXTREME Motherboard.
I will to try OC E8400 with this motherboard to 4Ghz.
But i never do OC !
How to OC this Proc ? (step by step)
