oc fx8320 , need help pls !

straight to the point , here is my spec
Fx8320
Msi 970 gaming
Gtx660 directcu ii oc edition
4gb of ram 1333 ( will upgrade soon )
Thernaltake smart se 630w psu
Hyper 212x cooler
So what is the highest stable clock i can get ? on the box , there is a line printed that "Achieve ultimate power with up to 5.0ghz and 8 cores " can i reach 5.0ghz with that cooler ?

you should be able to..the 970 motherboard may give you some restrictions though
