Question OC Genie II Question

Hi, i currently surprised that my i5 3470 went to 3.82Ghz all core, by turning on oc genie. how is this possible? i tought the limit were around 3.4ghz all core. Here a screenshot.

my motherboard is MSi H61M-P25 (B3).
