OC genie safe?

My Cpu went up from 4.00 -> 4.20ghz

Is this safe to use?

Pretty small overclock so you should be totally safe but you could probably do it with less voltage if you'd do it manually in your BIOS, which is safer and more healthy for your CPU. Less voltage = better, while maintaining the same clock speed.

But if you don't want to mess around with that or don't want to test for an hour if you get a bluescreen or not with the voltage you set you can just leave it like that. :)

Edit: I just remembered that the 8350 has a turbo clock speed of 4.2Ghz anyway so basically nothing changed. 😀
