OC gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 help

I just got a H105 and a new case and I would like to try and overclock now... My specs:
Mobo: GB 990fxa-ud3
Cpu: fx 8320
Gpu: GTX 770
Cooler: H105
Case: corsair graphite 760T
8gb ram...

Not sure if I needed to list the other items but I did anyway...

I'm just not sure how to navigate the BIOS to OC the cpu...

Any help needed! Thanks!

Just follow any Vishera based overclocking guide and you should be fine.

Ok, after about 2 hours, I now have a 4.7 Ghz OC that seems pretty stable wit Prime95, but is it normal for the clock speed to go from 4.7 ghz on load to 1.6ghz when nothing is running? (sorry if its a dumb question..) vcore is 1.440~ too, probably gonna try to lower that later though...

yeah. its just underclocking its self while you aren't using it
