OC Glitching Monitor?

I have a i7 7700k Clocked at 4.8GHz and a Asus Dual 1060 6GB OC Edition. My Monitor is a BenQ XL2411. I have been using the Asus GPU TweakII too OC my GPU. Everytime I OC it my Monitor glitches out. Whenever I open up Google Chrome or anyother program there are little squares and pixels everywhere covering the screen. The windows menu loads but also has white pixels glitching on it. When I'm on a game it is unplayable.
