OC Help Please

I'm thinking of overclocking my q6600 to a level higher than 3Ghz but I'm not sure what else I have to overclock. I'm also planning on buying a 1050ti.

Specs:

Motherboard: Asus p5b
CPU: Intel Dual 2 Quad Core Q6600 2.4Ghz (will be oc'd)
RAM: 8 gb SDRAM
PSU: 200 or 250 Watts, not sure.

I need answers ASAP. Thanks.

Won't gain much out of it. CPU itself is the issue. Upgrading to a G4560, 8GB of DDR4, and a decent $60 motherboard would be worthwhile.
