Do you have a proper cooler with proper temps?

If so you can try auto oc using Ai overclock tuner. If the PC doesn't boot you have to remove the CMOS battery and power for a about 15 seconds. Or if you have a jumper, you can just switch to clear cmos and switch back.

im not using the stock cooler,i have a better one,i m having like 33~41 temp,why do i need to use a app when i can bios?
 
not helping, it's already on auto and nothing happens, i want to manually increase it

You can change the CPU multiplier without touching the voltage first.
Start with 22 and see if its stable.

Then start by upping the voltage in the advanced tab as I don't see it in your screenshot.

Also disable CPU and PCIE spectrum as they decrease overclock potential.
