OC i7 920 @ 3.7 GHz...need opinion..

hello..i try OC my pc @ 3.7GHz for the first time and actually i dont know much about OC..my pc spec :

ASUS P6T Deluxe V2
i7 920 @ 3.7 GHz
GeForce GTX 285 x 2
Triple Kit Kingston DDR3 1600 6GB
WD Caviar Black 1TB
Corsair 850W
Thermalright Ultra Extreme 120
Thermalright Chill Factor Thermal Paste
Fan : 1 Front 1 Rear 1 Side and 1 Top (12cm fan)
CM Storm Tactics Casing

My BIOS Setting :
AI Tweaker : Manual
CPU ratio : Auto
Speedstep : Disabled
Turbo : Disabled
BCLK Freq : 186
PCIE Freq : 100
Dram Freq : DDR3/1491
CPU Voltage : 1.27500
CPU PLL Voltage : 1.96
QPI/DRam Core Voltage : 1.275
DRam Bus Voltage : 1.64
CPU Diff Amplitude : 800MV
Others : Auto

i'm following the setting from one of the user here : Gatorbill
and the result when running Prime95 test (for only 10 minutes):


i wanna ask..is all this value(especially the temperature) normal for OC at 3.7GHz ?
and also is the BIOS setting stable & ok?

can i get down the temperature below 70C or 70C-75C ?

any comments and suggestion?

Those temps are normal for typical i7. If you want lower temps the quickest way is to turn off Hyperthreading. It will drop it 5C-10C.

There should be an option in your BIOS to do this. I don't have your board so I can't really help you with exactly the steps. Look for something along the line of Advanced --> CPU Configuration. You should see an option for Hyperthreading.

thanks!! i already try it and this is the result with HT disabled (prime test after 15 minutes) :

the temperature goes down about 10C !!!

but is there any major disadvantages/problem not using the HT Technology?
