My cpu is Ryzen 3 4300GE
MBO is A520M-HDV

I tried to oc it with one program its legit but my mbo has oeam lock is there any way to unlock it by downgrading bios or something please help me....

The A520 chipset and the low end boards it was meant for were not intended or designed to overclock. The power delivery is very basic and limited. If you want to OC you need a better motherboard.

I really want to push my hardware to limit, so is there any way to oc APU ryzen 3 4300GE, i want to jump from 1700 mhz speed in vega 6 to 1800 but how?

I doubt that motherboard BIOS has igpu specific clock adjustments, but might as well look, you'll probably have to dig if they're there at all.
If that fails, Ryzen Master Software might allow you to adjust the igpu clock speeds, but I'm unsure, worth downloading it and checking yourself.

Ensure you research overclocking procedures in detail before attempting, and monitor temperatures closely during tests.
