OC Pushed Too Hard Can't Boot BIOS

Hello, I have a i5 4690K and today i wanted to try something bizarre and went into bios set core clock to 5.0GHZ and set the voltage to 1.299. I know how stupid that was but now it wont boot into BIOS. What do I do?

Reset your BIOS to its default state. Use the motherboard jumper or pull the coin-type battery. Check your mobo manual for instructions.
