Hi, can someone tell me which mainboards would be good for overclocing a q6600?

I was lokin at these two :

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/113951/show_product_specifications

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/129126/show_product_specifications

But i have been told that the P5W DH board (first link) isnt very good for overclocking as it uses the 975X chipset where as the latter link uses the P35 chipset, is that right?

What would you people in the know suggest i buy?

Appreciate the help,

SoleAngelus

Thanks for the quick reply, can you answer another question for me?

At the moment i have a 500w psua nd tim planning to run the following :

q6600
new mobo
500gb hd
Case fans
8800 GTS (640mb)
cupple of pci cards
external usb stuff etc

Im guessin ill need an new psu, can anyone suggest some quiet ones (preferably cheap too :) )

And Antec PSU also...

@SoelAngelusThe wattage is meaningful. Mount your setup. If you have a bad PSU, you'll expierience bad surprises, hang ups, voltage rails instability... so you know you have to change it. Also, like itotallybelieveyou told you, if it is cheap PSU, chances are it won't last nor it will handle the loading on high temperatures
