I have a fair amount of experience with computers, but until 12/2014 I had never owned anything other than a Mac. I have some questions about my rig. Specs:

MB: MSI X99S SLI Plus (MS-7885)
CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K Haswell-E
GPU: EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 970 (04G-P4-2974-KR)
Memory: 2x8GB DDR4 2133MHz (Crucial CT2K8G4DFD8213)
Primary Storage: 240GB SATA III 2.5" (OCZ ARC100-25AT3-240G)
Secondary Storage: 4TB SATA III 3.5" (WD Green WD30EZRX)
Optical: Blu-ray SATA (LG UH12NS30)
PSU: Crucial 600W modular (CT2K8G4DFD8213)
Cooling: XSPC RayStorm 750 AX360

Q1) My coolant tubes have turned orange-ish (Img 1, 2). Is this a serious problem? What is the cause? I filled my cooling system with DI water and added 1 drop of 5% Copper Sulfate (Biocide, original tubes: Img 3). I didn't add any anti-corrosion additives because the entire system is copper (and all from XSPC), so I thought it wasn't necessary.
Q2) Most of the important OC settings seem to be disabled (Img 4, 5). The help text says (for things like CPU voltage) these features are only enabled if the processor supports it, but AFAIK the 5820K supports OC. What am I missing?
Q3) I'm a total n00b at OC. Is there a guide that is aimed towards total n00bs?

I always take my new rads outside and hook up the home water hose and run water through it, reversing the flow through the rad every so often.

Home water pressure is a concern factor if you have high water pressure control it with the hose valve.
Did you flush out the radiator before putting it into service?

It looks like you did not?

That orange color looks like old solder flux out of the radiator that the Biocide IE Copper Sulfate is dissolving, the bad!, is it could gum up the fins on the inside of the CPU water block.

Set CPU Ratio to Manual.

I did not flush out the radiator. Any suggestions? A quick search turns up people using vinegar. I though acetone or isopropyl alcohol might dissolve the flux.

I forgot to mention that the settings that don't have brackets around the value aren't adjustable. E.g. 'CPU Ratio Apply Mode' currently has a value of [All Core] which means I can change it (to Per Core). But 'CPU Ratio' is set to 'Auto' w/o brackets, and selecting that option (pressing enter on it) has no effect.
