good morning, i would like to clear a doubt about my hardware, i have a ram memory with 3200 mhz, an i5 10400f and an h410m-e, i know that the h410m with the i5 only takes a maximum of 2666 mhz in xmp, but i would like to know if it has any option that allows this in another way, like grub, if someone can help me I'm grateful thank you... my memory is 3200 but it only reaches 2666 due to the card

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

The limitation is from both the processor's IMC and the chipset since the maximum ram frequency extracted by the current platform with a 10th Gen Intel processor is 2933MHz but you're going to need an i7 or an i9. For the i5, the highest speeds you're going to see is 2666MHz, so in form of tinkering in the OS will enable it since it's locked on physically.

If you could source a Z490 chipset board to overclock the ram.
