OC RAM / Hanging

I recently made another post but i think it got forgotten . Anyways I just got some ram Mushkin

I have tried vairous ocs I alls ahve disabled epu cs2 svm apm all the power saving stuff. i have bumbs cpu/nb voltage to 1.4 at pint it is at 1.35 atm. i am running at 1600 mhz 9-11-11-30 Originally i wanted to oc it to 1866 but it was getting bsod.

Now the problem i am running into now is it will boot but it hangs for excruciating amount of time 5min plus some times i can get it in 1 to 2 minutes if i reboot then hit restart on my desktop . I have tried 1.25 to 1.4 voltage i have tried to make dram voltage to 1.5

also I cant get it to actually boot up also unless im in docp

any help would be kewl sorry about my horrible grammer and stuff

It is easier to help you if you list all your specs?

So shooting in the dark that 1600mhz you're running out of 2133mhz memory should probably be set to 1600mhz at 9,9,9,24 @ 1.50v, not knowing what CPU were talking about or M/B kinda limits helping you, we're not mind readers here.
