"OC switch" says on my mobo, but there's no switch

Hello guys. I got an old mobo (k9n6pgm2-v2) that is not accepted for an overclocking cause of quality and a number of CPU VRMs that it has. But I'm confused of this "OC Switch" thing, also I think there is a place to put and solder that "switch". What do you think? Really weird.

perhaps they used the same pcb for more than one board model so on the higher model they would solder it on there

in the old days we had dip switches for overclocking not like now
