OC to 2.5Ghz Without Voltage Increase?

I'm sticking a Pentium 4 2.0a Ghz S478 CPU in a P4M900-M4 Biostar motherboard. It has limited overclocking abilities however, there is no voltage control for the CPU.

WIll that P4 overclock to 2.5Ghz without voltage increase?

Highly unlikely, without voltage you will be lucky with 200mhz Oc, and I take it you will have no memory divider, so depending on your ram, you may not even egt that, and if you cannot unsync your Pci you wont for sure as fsb raise Oc the Pci as well. be carefull, you are still in the age of risky OC here with this setup
