OC Tuner screwed my settings, can't revert

I have an i5 3570k with an Asus P8Z77-V LK mobo. I accidentally pressed enter on the "OK" option for OC Tuner in BIOS. Since then, my comp has been stuck on dumb overclocked settings. I've tried loading default settings which shows the defaults in Ai tweaker but then when I save and restart it reverts back to the stupid overclock. The pc just turns on, runs for a few seconds with no signal to the monitor, turns off for a few seconds, turns on again and so on. Eventually it will let me get into the bios but it won't let me save any changes I make.

Everything else seems normal in the bios, just those settings in the screenshot are messed up. If I click on OC Tuner I have the options "ok" or "cancel" which aren't much help. I've re-flashed the latest bios but it didn't help at all. I also tried putting in my old overclock settings and the same thing happened where it saved, restart, failed to post and goes into a mini boot loop and does the same thing again. I also tried removing the battery to reset CMOS; It would first boot up as a new PC and tell me to press F1 for setup, and then the same thing would happen again. Any help on this or is my motherboard really screwed because of OC Tuner?

Solution
Try resetting the CMOS using the jumper on the motherboard or removing the CMOS battery (leave it out for 30 seconds then put it back in). That should solve your problem :)
I've tried that. I left the CMOS battery out of the motherboard overnight and it still does the same thing. The first boot up will be with default settings, but when I restart my PC, it would go back into the cycle of booting and shutting down until I could get to my BIOS, which then again, is set at the same dumb OC settings... Is it possibly caused by something saved on my desktop?

EDIT: So I cleared everything and reinstalled windows, flashed updated bios, reseated ram, tried to jump motherboard, pulled out CMOS battery and put it back in place.. Nothing seemed to have worked.... Am I missing anything here?

Hi Brevin, it's late but I have good news for you.
Today I had the same problem, then after a few hours I tried a sequence which solved our problem.

First, as you know, reset cmos
Then ... THE MOST IMPORTANT (I THINK) Disable the physical TPU switch from your motherboard
start your pc, enter in bios setup, tab "AI TWEAKER"
click on "OC TUNER" then "CANCEL"
change your good settings or load the "best settings" then "save and exit"

Sorry for my english,
I hope this helps.
