OC with 3000+

I ve been playing wround with my old comp and managed to get this OC on air with stock cooler. Please check out the CPU-Z. I need advice where I can take this CPU from here.

I'm very surprised at my ram and how far it went from DDR400.


btw temps are 34C non load

At 235Mhz fsb the comp wont boot past windows loading. Should I raise cpu voltage or ram voltage?
